Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS
- Perform system administration duties including OS patching, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of OS-related issues
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Work with peer IT support and application teams to identify and resolve issues
- Work on a 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis
- Strong experience building Ansible playbooks and automating system administration tasks
- Experience with all facets of Red Hat Linux RHEL7-RHEL9 OS administration
- Proven experience in automating system administration tasks using Ansible playbooks using best practices
- 2 years of experience in server/storage technology:
- RHEL operating system administration
- Ansible Automation Platform or Ansible Tower
- BA in computer science OR information systems
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
